Hosting: Share the Hope of Jesus On Air
We’re prayerfully seeking Christ-centered communicators who feel called to serve as on-air hosts, program contributors, and storytellers. If you love Jesus, love people, and love radio, this may be a wonderful place to use your gifts.
What it takes to be a host
- A growing relationship with Jesus and a commitment to Scripture
- A warm, authentic on-air presence and clear communication
- A heart to encourage, build up, and point listeners to Christ
- Reliability, teachability, and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to prepare, pray, and plan for each show
Types of shows you might host
🎙️ Now Hiring: Good Morning Show Host
Our flagship morning show is already live and airing — we just need the right person in the seat. Currently hosted by rotating guests, we’re prayerfully searching for a permanent host to lead this show every weekday morning. If that might be you, we’d love to hear from you.
- Worship Hours – Lead listeners through Christ-centered worship sets, Scripture, and short reflections.
- Talk & Testimony – Host conversations about faith, real-life questions, and powerful stories of God at work.
- Daily Devotionals – Share short, Scripture-based encouragements to start or end the day focused on Jesus.
- Community News & Events – Highlight local ministries, church events, service opportunities, and ways to get involved.
- Special Features – Seasonal programs, prayer-focused hours, or themed teaching series as God leads.
You don’t have to be a broadcasting professional to begin. We provide guidance, coaching, and a supportive team to help you grow as you serve.

Volunteers: Serve Behind the Scenes
TriStar Trinity Broadcast is powered by a family of volunteers who give their time, prayers, and skills so that the Gospel can go farther. There are many ways to help, whether you have a few hours a month or several hours a week.
Ways you can serve
- Prayer Team – Commit to regularly praying for listeners, staff, and special requests shared with the station.
- Music Curation – Help review and organize worship and Christian music that points hearts toward Christ.
- Event Support – Serve at live broadcasts, concerts, and community events with hospitality, setup, and welcome.
- Social Media & Digital – Assist with posting updates, sharing scriptures, and engaging our online community.
- Office & Admin Help – Provide organizational support, mailings, phone follow-up, and other key tasks.
- Technical & Production – If you have audio, tech, or production skills, help us keep everything running smoothly.
- Other Gifts – Graphic design, photography, writing, fundraising, and more—we’d love to hear how God has wired you.
We believe every serving role matters to God. As you volunteer, our desire is that you would grow in your walk with Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and see how He uses your gifts to bless many.

We’re always looking for passionate, faith-filled people to join what God is doing through TriStar Trinity Broadcast. Here’s what we’re currently looking for:
On-Air Host / Show Contributor
Lead or co-host a program (worship hour, devotional, talk show). Commitment: Part-time, flexible scheduling
Prayer Team Member
Commit to praying regularly for our listeners, staff, and ministry. Commitment: Flexible, from home
Social Media Volunteer
Help create content, schedule posts, and engage with our online community. Commitment: 3–5 hrs/week
Event Support Volunteer
Serve at live broadcasts, community events, and station outreach. Commitment: As needed / event-based
Music Curator
Review and organize music submissions to keep our playlist fresh and faith-aligned. Commitment: Flexible, remote
Technical/Production Assistant
Support audio engineering, editing, or live stream production. Commitment: Part-time or project-based
Office & Admin Volunteer
Help with correspondence, scheduling, and day-to-day station needs. Commitment: Weekly, on-site
