We’re excited to announce several new programs coming to our radio station and digital broadcast, and we’re looking for passionate volunteers to help bring them to life—both on-air and through podcasts.
If you love Jesus, enjoy communicating, and want to make a difference through Christian broadcasting, this is a great opportunity to get involved. You can volunteer as a live/on-air host or submit a pre-recorded podcast episode (MP3 file) for possible airing on our station.
Below are the new programs and a brief description of each one, along with the type of hosts we’re looking for.
Campus Ministries – Campus Faith
Focus: College & university students, young adults, and campus life
Heart of the program:
Campus Faith is all about bringing the light of Christ onto campuses. This radio program and podcast will share testimonies from students, interviews with campus ministers, discussions about real challenges in college life, and practical encouragement for staying rooted in faith while navigating a secular environment.
What a host will do (live or pre-recorded):
- Lead conversations about faith, purpose, and calling on campus
- Interview students, chaplains, and campus ministry leaders on-air
- Highlight campus outreach events, Bible studies, and service opportunities
- Pray on-air for students, staff, and schools
You can host live on the radio or record segments as a podcast episode (MP3 file) that can be scheduled for broadcast.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone with a heart for young adults and campus ministry
- Comfortable speaking on mic (live or recorded)
- Able to ask good questions and listen well
- A committed follower of Christ, living a lifestyle that reflects the Gospel
Real Talk: Teen Faith Live
Focus: Teens navigating real-life issues through a faith lens
Heart of the program:
Real Talk: Teen Faith Live is a live and on-demand conversation space for teenagers. This show tackles topics teens are actually dealing with—identity, peer pressure, social media, anxiety, relationships, and more—always bringing the discussion back to God’s Word and God’s truth.
What a host will do (radio + podcast):
- Facilitate open, honest, and respectful conversations with teens on-air
- Address tough questions from a biblical perspective
- Engage with live calls, messages, or questions from young listeners
- Create a safe, encouraging atmosphere that points teens to Jesus
Volunteers can help host the live broadcast and/or submit pre-recorded Real Talk episodes as MP3 podcasts for us to air.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who relates well to teens and understands youth culture
- Patient, compassionate, and grounded in Scripture
- Able to handle sensitive topics with wisdom and grace
- Comfortable hosting live or semi-live segments
Teen Show
Focus: Fun, faith-filled content for teens
Heart of the program:
The Teen Show is a lively, energetic program designed to encourage and equip teenagers in their daily walk with Christ. Expect a mix of music, testimonies, short devotionals, creative segments, and practical tips for living out faith at school, online, and at home.
What a host will do (on-air or recorded):
- Bring energy, joy, and authenticity to the show
- Introduce music, devotionals, challenges, or interactive segments
- Share short, relatable messages from Scripture
- Encourage teens to grow in their faith and get involved in their local church
You can serve as an on-air radio host or record a Teen Show podcast episode in MP3 format for us to feature on the station.
Who we’re looking for:
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and relatable
- A strong, positive role model for teens
- Comfortable on mic and willing to be a little creative and fun
- Passionate about discipling the next generation
Family Night Live
Focus: Families growing in faith together
Heart of the program:
Family Night Live is designed to bring the whole family together around Christ-centered content. This program offers worship, short teachings, testimonies, family discussions, and practical ideas for building a strong, godly home—broadcast on our radio station and available as podcast content.
What a host will do (radio + MP3 podcast):
- Lead family-friendly conversations rooted in biblical truth
- Introduce segments for parents, kids, and teens
- Share practical tools for family prayer, Bible reading, and communication
- Encourage families to worship, serve, and grow together
Hosts can present live on the air or submit pre-recorded Family Night Live episodes as MP3 files for us to schedule on the station.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone with a heart for families and the home
- Able to communicate clearly to both adults and children
- Warm, welcoming, and encouraging in their speaking style
- Passionate about strengthening marriages, parenting, and family discipleship

No professional broadcast experience is required. We will provide basic training, guidance, and support. What matters most is your relationship with Jesus, your teachable spirit, and your willingness to serve.
