“What holds you back from serving, and how can the group help you overcome that?” → Identify the barriers — fear, time, doubt — that keep you from fully serving. Let the group come alongside you with encouragement and accountability.
I would have to say that the only thing holding my self back is myself, sometimes I feel that I am not doing my part in serving, I enjoy it but I also feel that I may not be appreciated in what I do. I would say encouragement and know that I am doing something that matters.
